Like many of you, I love to eat, whether it’s eating in or out, I put my hands up and say that I am a food junkie! As such, I have acquired quite a few cookbooks, not to mention opinions! 
Not only do I like eating food, I also like to read about food! so… I decided to put this interest to work and try out some recipes, write about my experiences, review some cookbooks and recommend great places to eat out, whilst also sharing things that I love…

Well, born in Ireland, (in a year that I don’t care to divulge), my parents decided to upsticks and move the Morrissey troop, and set up camp on the sunny shores of Sydney Australia! I spent my formative years (till the age of 13) growing up in Sydney. I loved it! It was and is a great place to grow up. Outdoor living, eating, socialising with everything centering around the weekend and spending time with family and friends. My sister still lives there, I visit her yearly and a big part of the time is spent eating! (I made myself sound like a greedy guts, but its true!)
